Stockhive - a web based tool for stock market investing was born out of Yogi's frustration of available stock investment tools.

Some of the differentiating features shown in the demo:

• The site provides intuitive visual interpretation of technical analysis with visual clues which will result in easy decision making.
• Users will not have to leave the current page to see news items related to a stock.
  
• Easy registration; minimum details is asked for.
  

Yogi mentioned that the tool is developed using Ruby on Rails (RoR), a choice he made because of its productivity benefits. So here's a success story of RoR.

Stockhive is currently open for user feedback, membership is free during the beta phase. The tool is quite impressive, it can give the likes of moneycontrol, equitymaster, myris a run for their money.
